Bacon-Turtle Cheesecake

This takes an amazingly long time
- Crust:
- 2 cups Low-Fat Graham Cracker Crumbs (cookie must be low-fat to avoid soggy crust)
- 2 Tbs. Butter, melted
- 2 Tbs. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup extra-crispy Bacon Crumbles
- 1/2 cup ground Almonds
- Cheesecake:
- 24 oz. Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbs. Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbs. Bourbon
- Bacon Turtle Topping:
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 Tbs. water
- 3 Tbs. cold Bacon Fat (drained and chilled until solid after cooking the bacon)
- 1 Tbs. Butter
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 package of Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 cup extra-crispy Bacon Crumbles
Good Eats Meatloaf

Heat oven to 325 degrees F
- For the glaze:
- 6 ounces garlic-flavored croutons
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 onion, roughly chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and broken
- 3 whole cloves garlic
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 18 ounces ground chuck
- 18 ounces ground sirloin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- Dash hot pepper sauce

Bacon Brownies

Melt the margarine. Add the cocoa to the melted margarine
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 4 strips of hickory smoked cinnamon bacon (or your favorite bacon), cooked crispy and finely chopped
BLT Benedict with Avocado-Tomato Relish

- 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Bittersweet Chocolate Dulce de Leche Tart

- 8 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, diced (1 stick)

- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large egg yolks, room temperature
- FILLING
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon pure almond extract
- 3/4 cup prepared dulce de leche

- 2 cups loosely packed coarsely chopped herbs
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened apple juice or dry white wine
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- 6 Tbsp Ball® RealFruit™ Classic Pectin
- 5 1/4 cups sugar
- 5 (8 oz) half pint glass preserving jars with lids and bands
Orange Rhubarb Chutney

TIE peppercorns, mustard seeds and pickling spice in a square of cheesecloth, creating a spice bag
- 10 whole black peppercorns
- 1 Tbsp mustard seeds
- 1 Tbsp pickling spice
- 4 Tbsp grated orange zest
- 2/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 6 cups chopped rhubarb
- 5 cups lightly packed brown sugar
- 3-1/2 cups cider vinegar
- 3 cups chopped onion
- 1-1/2 cups raisins
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped gingerroot
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp ground allspice
