- Cake:
- 6 Large Eggs
- 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 Cups All P. Flour
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Whole Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Cream Topping:
- 1 14 oz. Can Evaporated Milk
- 1 14 oz . Can Eagle Brand Milk
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- Icing:
- 3 Tablespoons Water
- 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 3 Large Egg Whites
Apple Crisp

1 Heat oven to 375ºF. Grease bottom and sides of 8-inch square pan with shortening
- 4 medium tart cooking apples, sliced (4 cups)
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Cream or Ice cream, if desired
Icebox Fruitcake

Fruitcake that is actually good, with marshmallows, graham crackers
- One 14 Oz Can Eagle Brand Milk
- One 16 Oz Bag Mini Marshmallows
- One 16 Oz Box Graham Crackers, Crushed to Crumbs
- 1 1/3 Cups flaked coconut
- Two 8 oz packages chopped dates
- One 16 Oz Jar maraschino cherries (no stems) well drained and halved.
- 1/2 cup bourbon
Grilled Shrimp with Fiery Lemongrass-Chile Sambal

Combine 6 Thai bird chiles (or 2 serrano or jalapeño chiles) and next 12 ingredients in processor
- (or more) Thai bird chiles or 2 (or more) serrano or jalapeño chiles (preferably red), seeded, coarsely chopped
- coarsely chopped shallots (about 8 ounces)
- chopped peeled fresh ginger
- chopped lemongrass (from bottom 4 inches of 2 large stalks)
- macadamia nuts
- garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- (packed) golden brown sugar
- turmeric
- salt
- ground coriander
- paprika
- bay leaf, crumbled
- freshly ground black pepper
- (or more) vegetable oil
- water
- fresh lime juice
- (or more) vegetable oil
- uncooked unpeeled large shrimp, or 2 1/2 pounds uncooked peeled large shrimp, deveined, tails left intact

- 1 3/4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
