Grilled Mahi-Mahi with Thai Coconut Sauce

Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 8-ounce bottle clam juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 4 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce (such as nam pla or nuoc nam)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons minced seeded serrano chile
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, divided
- 4 tablespoons minced green onions, divided
- 4 6-ounce mahi-mahi fillets
Simple White Crackers

Making your own crackers gives a special touch to "cheese and crackers"
- (Discard your scraps, you won't be able to roll these out twice)
- 1 Cup All P. Flour, plus more for dusting
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Butter, cut up
- 1/3 cup pluse 1 Tablespoon milk
- Kosher Salt for Sprinkling

- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® yellow cake mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® chocolate chip cookie mix
- Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
- 1 container Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy chocolate frosting
Dutch Apple Butterscotch Crumb Pie

A nestle recipe that I cannot find anymore, it is well worth the extra steps
- 4 Cups Peeled,thinly sliced apples
- 1 Cup Flour Divided
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Pie Crust, baked for 15 minutes and cooled
- 10 oz Butterscotch Chips Divided
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
Korean Beef Barbecue with Toasted Sesame Salt

Puree first 7 ingredients in blender until smooth
- unpeeled Asian pear, halved, cored, coarsely chopped
- water
- reduced-sodium soy sauce
- vegetable oil
- unseasoned rice vinegar
- large garlic cloves, peeled
- Asian sesame oil
- beef tenderloin steaks, cut crosswise into 1/3-inch-thick strips
- sesame seeds
- fine sea salt
