- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 lb pork tenderloin (not pork loin,) trimmed of any silver skin

- 3-1/2 Tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 Tablespoon gluten-free Tamari or soy sauce (dish will not be GF if using soy sauce)

- 3 -8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Louisiana hot sauce
