New Classic Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 sm. onion, diced (1 cup)
- 8 Oz. white button mushrooms, finely diced
- 1 sm. carrot, finely grated
- 2 Tbs tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 lbs.ground beef (90% lean)
- 3/4 c. quick-cook oats
- 2 lg. eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbs. unsulfured molasses
- 1 Tbs. mustard
Key Lime Pie

Preheat oven to 350 ° Mix first 3 ingredients well pour into crust
- 14 oz. can Eagle brand milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 2/3 C. Key lime juice
- 1 graham cracker crust
- Optional:1 C. sour cream & 2 T. powdered sugar
Rye bread dip

Mix in advance... about 2 days
- 1 1 lb. round loaf of rye bread
- (Hollow out the loaf and use pieces of rye bread for dipping)
- 1 1/3 C. mayonnaise
- 1 1/3 C. sour cream
- 2 T. parsley flakes
- 2 T. onion flakes
- 2 t. Beau Monde
- 2 t. dill seed
Green Bean Casserole

Mix soup, milk, pepper and 2/3 C
- 1 1/3 C. French's french fried onions
- 1 can Campbell' condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
- 3/4 C. milk
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 4 C. cooked cut green beans
Meatloaf with Spinach & Feta

Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix all ingredients except spinach and cheese in a large bowl
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef and pork mixture
- 3/4 c. finely crushed breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 2 carrots, finely grated
- 1 onion, finely grated
- 1/2 t. salt, plus freshly ground pepper
- 1 t. crumbled dry herb (oregano, marjoram, etc.)or more
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, drained and chopped finely
- 2 oz. feta cheese
Pastel Cookies

Mix flour with baking powder
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 3 oz. pkg. Jello (your choice of color)
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. butter (softened)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg

- 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped

- 1 15 oz. can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1 2/3 C. sugar
- 2/3 C. vegetable oil

- 4 eggs
- 3 C. all-purpose or whole wheat flower
- 1/2 C. coarsely chopped nuts
- 2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. ground cloves

- 16 ounces Barilla elbow noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 1/3 cups half-and-half
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/3 cup grated mozzarella
- 1/3 cup grated Cheddar
- 1/3 cup grated smoked Gouda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon café-grind black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups cooked bacon pieces
- 1 1/2 cups blue cheese crumbles
