Mac & Cheese with Cheddar & Asiago

Preheat oven to 375° Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- butter
- Kosher salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
- 2 C. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 C. (8 oz.) Asiago cheese
- 1 1/2 C. milk
- 1 1/2 C. heavy cream

1. Butter an 8 x 8 in. square pan 2
- 3/4 C. graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 C. ginger snap cookies (about 12)
- 6 T. butter, melted
- 12 oz. plain cream cheese
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 box (2.79 oz.)Jolly Rancher green apple gelatin, divided
- green sanding sugar
Sugar Cookies (no fail)

1. Cream sugar and butter until fluffy, about 5 minutes
- 6 c. flour
- 2 t. vanilla
- 3 t. baking powder
- 1 t. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- All ingredients should be at room temperature.
