Chicken Tremendous Casserole

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans water
- whole chicken fryer cut up (8 pieces approx. 3 lbs)
- 1/2 package dry lipton onion soup
- 1 cup raw minute rice
- pepper to taste
Syrup

Homemade Southern Syrup
- 1 cup of water
- 1 -2 cups of granulated sugar
- 1 tsp maple flavoring
Artichoke Dip

- 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese - softened
- 1 (14oz) can of artichoke hearts drained
- 2 cups mayo
- 1-3/4 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Box of crackers or tortilla chips
Baked Chicken and Rice

- 1 1/2 cups boiling chicken broth
- 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen cut broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 dash paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

- 1 to 1.25 lb of all ground beef or ground beef n pork mix
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (or if one doesn't like onions use TBS of onion powder for flavor)
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch pepper (< 1/8 tsp)
- 1/4 c milk
- 1-1/2 tsp parsley (fresh or ground) (can leave out if don't have)
- 2 TBS ketchup (or more)
- 1 tsp mustard (regular)
- 1/2 tsp worshester sauce
- 1 egg

hawaiian chicken

- 3/4 cup water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- celery as much as desired
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbs corn starch
- 3 or 4 chicken breasts
Spinach Lasagne

- 8 oz (Prince) lasagne noodles cooked, drained
- Sauce (homemade or jar barilla italian baking sauce)
- 1-1/2 lb ricotta (split with cottage cheese)
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 10 oz frozen pkg chopped spinach thawed & drained
- 1 or 2 eggs beaten
- salt & pepper
- OPT: 1 cup mozzarella
