Cinnabun Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Batter:
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour mix
- 3/4 teaspoon xanthum gum
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- Streusel:
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon gluten free flour mix
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Glaze: (or use cream cheese frosting)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Special Chex Bars

- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup white karo syrup
- 1 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 6-7 cups chex cereal
- 1 pk milk chocolate chips
- 1 pk butterscotch chips
Better than Sex Chex Mix

- 8 cups Chocolate Chex® cereal
- 3/4 cup cup packed brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, MINI size
- 1 cup MINIATURE marshmallows
- 1/2 cup caramel bits (found by the chocolate chips in the baking aisle -- or chop up regular caramels)
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1/2 cup MILK chocolate baking chips (or more if you're a huge chocolate fan)
- 1/2 cup vanilla (white) chocolate baking chips
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
Chicken & Rice Soup

Melt butter in 4- to 6-quart saucepan over medium heat until sizzling
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 to 3 ribs (1 cup)celery
- 2 to 3 medium (1 cup)carrots
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1.5 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken
- parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Minced onions
peanut butter chocolate chip cookies

Mix all the ingredients together except for the chocolate chips until smooth
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
CP Boneless BBQ Ribs

nonstick spray CP. cut and place onions in bottom and sprinkle some garlic and
- 3 lbs boneless ribs
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 TBS minced garlic
- 1/4 c heaping, brown sugar
- salt
- pepper
- apple juice
- 1.5 c bbq sauce
CP Baked Potato Soup

Chop your veggies and toss em in the pot! Next add veggie broth, garlic, butter, salt, and pepper
- 5 medium/standard-sized russet potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup finely diced celery [approximately 3 stalks]
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cups of vegetable broth
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter [I used salted]
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar, grated
- a few cranks of ground black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp dried dill (add 1/4 tsp first, taste, then double if you love it!)
CP Italian Chicken

Place the chicken in a crockpot and sprinkle Italian dressing over it
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 packet dry Zesty Italian dressing (Regular is fine but I like zesty better. Sometimes I use a packet and a half.)
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1-2 cans cream of chicken soup (depending how cream cheesy you want it)
Peanut Butter Snickers Pie with Salted Caramel

Spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray; set aside
- 20 ounce package chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed to fine crumbs (I used chocolate
- filled Trader Joe's version of Oreos
- 43 cookies in the package; classic Oreos or another chocolate sandwich cookie may be used)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- melted (3/4 of 1 stick)
- Filling and Topping
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces Cool Whip, at room temperature
- heaping 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter or honey roasted peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 about 1 cup Snickers, diced small
- 1/4 about 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce, for drizzling
Chocolate Frosting

A simple recipe, but the frosting is so much better than the stuff out of a can
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder, sifted
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3-4 tablespoons milk
