Apple Fritters

Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
TWINKIE CAKE

bake cake according to package directions
- filling:
- 1 box cake mix
- 1 can frosting
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 tsp salt
GF Pizza Crust (Paleo)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- 1 cup tapioca flour or arrowroot powder (I use THIS)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- optional: 3 tablespoons Romano or Parmesan cheese (I omit for dairy-free and prefer it omitted, but my husband likes his better with it in so you pick!)
- 1/3 cup avocado oil, olive oil, or other fat of choice (I use THIS)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup coconut flour (find HERE)
- optional: 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Pumpkin Bars (Santiam recipe)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- Pumpkin Bars ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups Santiam pumpkin
- 3/4 cup melted margarine
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- Frosting ingredients:
- 1 - 3oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Pie Crust (perfectly done)

- Add the following:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup Shortening (Butter Flavored Crisco) or Butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 Egg (beat with a fork before adding to dough mixture)
- 1/2 cup cold Water
