Pie Crust (perfect) Recipe

All-Butter Pastry Crust for Sweet and Savory Pies (Pâte Brisée) (enough for bottom and top crust)
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for rolling
- 1 cup (2 sticks or 8 ounces) unsalted butter, very-cold, cut into 1/2 inch cubes*
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 6 to 8 Tbsp ice water

Place thawed chicken breast tenderloin strips in a bowl of milk
- Mix in a Gallon Size Ziploc or Large Bowl:
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 T Season All
- 3/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 c. Flour
- 2 tsp. Paprika

- 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips
- 1 container (1 lb) Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy cherry frosting
- 1/2 cup chopped red candied cherries (4 oz)
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash salt

- 2 1/2-3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water or milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoons active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt

1. Add all ingredients to the pan and let the bread machine mix and do the first rise
- Add to a bread machine in the following order:
- 1 3/4 cups warm water
- 4 1/2 cups BREAD flour
- 2 TBSP granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. bread machine yeast
- Sprinkle the sugar and salt close to the edges of the pan.
- Make a well for the yeast in the center of the flour
- Don't let the yeast touch the salt or water.
Chocolate Pudding

Stir together the vanilla and espresso powder in a bowl and set aside
- 2 2 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 3 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 2 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 3 3 large egg yolks
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 5 5 5 tablespoons butter
- 4 4oz 4oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped fine.
Apple Fritters (Amish)

Directions In a large bowl (or the bowl to a stand mixer), cream the sugar and eggs for 1-2 minutes with a mixer
- 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2-3 cups peeled, cored and chopped Granny Smith or Gravenstein apples (firm pie apples!)
- Vegetable oil for deep-frying (approx. 4-5 cups- enough to come halfway up sides of pan or skillet)
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 3-4 tsp. warm water (thin enough to make the glaze "paintable")
