In a measuring cup or microwave safe mug, Mix egg, milk, syrup and oil and combine thoroughly
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Torani Syrup (any flavor)
- 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Multigrain Pancake Mix
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa
- 1 scoop (50 cc-ish) Chocolate Protein Powder
- Pinch salt
- Measuring Cup or Microwave Safe Mug

- 1/2 cup canned light coconut milk, cold
- 1/3 cup coconut water, cold
- 3 Tbsp sugar substitute
- 8 oz frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
- 3 Tbsp (additional) unsweetened coconut
- flakes for garnish, toasted
- Mint sprigs for garnish

- 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut, toasted
- 2 Tablespoons Sliced Almonds, toasted
- Opt.: T. or so extra toasted Coconut & Nuts for the top
Chicken Taco Pie

In small bowl toss chicken with 2/3 cup salsa and spoon into prepared pie plate
- 2 1/2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
- 1 medium onion, diced
- Jar of salsa
- 1 pkt. Taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. Cheddar or Pepper Jack cheese, grated
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9” pie plate especially around the edges.
Tiramisu

Arrange 36 wafers on bottom and up sides of 9" pie dish
- 48 reduced fat Nilla wafers, divided
- 1/4 cup cooled strong coffee, divided
- 4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 pkg. Jell-O sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 8 oz. tub lite Cool Whip
- 1 square semi-sweet chocolate, grated
Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies

Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, mix butter, sugar, vanilla and egg
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 3/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped, if desired (optional)

Cream sugars with Crisco; add eggs
- Cookie Mixture:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup Crisco
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Filling
- 1 lb. dates, cut into fine pieces
- 1 cups chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water

- 1 14-oz. pkg frozen mixed berries
- 1 21-oz. can blueberry pie filling
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 6.5-oz. pkg blueberry muffin mix
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 T. vegetable oil

- 1 4-oz. can chopped green chilies
- 2 2/3 cups milk
- 10 oz. of canned chicken or 8-10 oz. of cooked boneless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
