- 3 cups cooked salmon
- 1 cup black quinoa
- 1 Tablespoon fresh dill
- 1/2 red onion, chopped fine
- Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 8 eggs, well beaten
- 3 cups Panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Xagave
- 1 cup pistachios, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- Dash balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- Salt and Pepper
Moo Goo Gai Pan

Better than takeout moo goo gai pan recipe that's savory and a little sour
- For the marinade:
- 1 tbsp peanut or canola oil
- 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into thin bite size piece
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cup button mushrooms, sliced in half
- 1 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup canned bamboo shoots
- 1/4 cup canned water chestnuts
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- ground white pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- For the sauce:
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
