Lemon Buttercream Frosting

1. In a medium bowl, beat butter at medium speed with a mixer until creamy
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 tbsp. lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 5 cups confectioners' sugar
- Yellow food coloring gel
5 minute-4 ingredient no bake cheesecake

Most important part of this recipe, is to leave the cream cheese out for a couple hours at room temperature
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 8 ounce tub of cool whip
- 1/3 cup of lemon or lime juice
- 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese.
Mini Egg Muffins*

Whisk together eggs and milk and season to taste
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. milk
- Salt & Pepper
- Approx. 1/4 c. of assorted, diced fillings (I used mushrooms, chicken apple sausage and shredded cheese)

- 1 bx devils food cake mix
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 3 c powdered sugar
- 1 stk butter softened
- 8 oz cool whip
- 1 tub milk chocolate icing

Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole

Preheat oven to 350. Boil the noodles
- 1 lb. of Ground Beef
- 28 oz spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz of Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup of Sour Cream
- 1/2 lb. of Cottage Cheese
- Whole Stick of Butter
- 1 lb pasta such as elbow noodles or rotini
- Bag of shredded cheese (I use pizza blend)
- optional: sliced mushrooms, diced bell pepper, diced onion
Crunchy Sweet Potato Casserole

Directions In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients
- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- TOPPING:1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Sweet Potatoes - Slow Cooker

Washed, dried and rubbed with oil 4 sweet potatoes, then wrapped them in foil for the cooker

Frozen Peanut Butter Pie - #

- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup plus 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 10 ounces whipped topping
- 2 graham cracker crusts
- 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped (optional)
