Hot Chicken Salad Ring

Combine chicken, pineapple, mayonnaise, celery, almonds, and green pepper
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken diced
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 1/3 mayo
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 egg beaten
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 can (8 oz) refrig crescent rolls
Salad Dressing

whisk dijon mustard & red wine vinegar (emulsify) slowly add olive oil and whisk
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 3 tsp red wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- chopped shallots 3 t
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Grilled Vegetable Kabobs

" Preheat grill to high
- 1/4 cup(s) fresh parsley, fresh, finely minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), finely minced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 medium green pepper(s), cut into 8 chunks each
- 12 medium grape tomatoes
- 12 medium cremini mushroom(s), also known as baby bella, wiped clean, stems trimmed
- A must-have summer staple. Use whatever vegetables you have such as portobello mushrooms, onions, zucchini or hot peppers.
Cherry Pie

Mix 1 1/3 cup of sugar & 1/3 cup flour or 1/2 tbl cornstarch with cherries
- 2 cans of sweet tart cherries
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour or 1/2 tbl cornstarch

- 2 tbl butter
Veal Scallopini

- 2 lbs veal cutlet, cut in small pieces
- 2 tbls flour
- 2 tbls olive oil

- dash of pepper
- garlic powder to taste
- 1 onion sliced

- 3/4 - 1 cup sherry1/2 cup water
Turkey Meatloaf

preheat oven to 375. Lightlycoat a 4 x 8 inch bread pan with canolashape into a loaf and place in pan
- 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey breast
- 1 whole egg
- 2/3 cup minced onion
- 1/3 minced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
peach cobbler

- 8 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 tsp Durkee ground cumin, or other brand
- 2 medium fresh tomato(es), chopped
- 1 cup(s) canned tomato sauce
- 1 cup(s) canned chicken broth
- 1 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup(s) cooked kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 medium green pepper(s), chopped
