Grilled Lamb Chops Dijon

- 4 - 6 center-cut lamb chops - depending on size
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp fresh or dried rosemary
- 2 tbs Dijon mustard
NOLA Crawfish-Stuffed Deviled Eggs

DIRECTIONS Place eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water, not too deep
- 8 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 small onion, finely diced
- 1/2 stalk celery, finely diced

- 1/2 small poblano, seeded and finely diced

Chicken 'n' Hash Brown Bake Recipe

- 1 package (32 ounces) frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 2 cups chicken broth or stock
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into rounds or half rounds, depending on size
