  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 pound pappardelle, or 500 grams
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, plus more for topping
  • 8 ounces Burrata cheese
  • A handful fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped, for topping
