- или:
- 300-400 г куриного филе
- грибы порезанные ломтиками-200г
- 1 шт лука
- яйца-3шт
- 2 шт-огурца свежих
- 100 г чернослива
- Куриное мясо копченое - 300 грамм
- Майонез - 100 грамм
- Яйца - 3 штуки
- Чернослив - 50 грамм
- Чеснок - 1 зубчик
- Грецкие орехи - 50 грамм
Halibut and Potato Chowder

A warming stew, great served with freshly baked rolls and sautéed dark leafy greens
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 slices organic bacon (optional)
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 to 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 to 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 2 to 3 large carrots, peeled and diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 6 large red or yellow potatoes, peeled and diced
- 5 to 6 cups chicken or vegetable stock, or a combination of stock and water
- 1 to 2 pounds fresh halibut, skin removed and cut into 1-inch chunks
- large handful of fresh parsley, chopped
- Herbamare and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Adzuki Bean Soup with Quinoa and Swiss Chard

Adzuki Beans Place beans in a large bowl and cover with water and let sit over night
- Adzuki Soak
- 250 grams adzuki
- 2 quartes cold water
- The Base
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 2 carrots chopped
- 1 celery stick chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 tbsp smoked spicy paprika
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 whole tomatoes chopped in 4
- 2 quarts cold water
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1 cup chopped swiss chard
- 1 piece kombu
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Kale with Caramelized Onions

- 1 small to medium red onion, cut into crescent moons
- 1 large bunch kale, thinly sliced

The first time I made this soup I used the ingredient amounts below, but the entire pot was gone in one sitting
- 2 to 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed (or more)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons mild curry powder
- 2 cups red lentils
- 8 cups water or veggie stock (or a mixture of both)
- 3 to 4 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 4 cups thinly sliced chard (or kale, spinach, collards)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Herbamare or sea salt
Healing Quinoa Cabbage Soup

- 4 large carrots, cut into matchsticks
- 6 cups water
- 2 to 3 teaspoon Herbamare (or to taste)
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 2 cups (or more) sliced savoy cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
