Blend until smooth (I use a nutribullet and store in the container)

  • 1 cup tahini (wholefoods brand is awesome because in a plastic container you can shake) otherwise take out of jar and put in a nutribullet and blend to combine.
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic (I press mine)
