- 2 1/2 pounds red potatoes, roughly chopped/diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and roughly chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and roughly chopped
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/4 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Pork Tenderloin with Maple Glaze II
