This nicely seasoned soup tastes so good
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups water
- 2-3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (11-1/2 oz.) V8
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 bay leaf
Creamed Peas Deluxe

In a 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, saute bacon until crisped
- 3 slices bacon cut in 1/2 -inch pieces
- 1/2 cup celery thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
- 1 10-ounce package petite peas thawed
- 1 cup half and half
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon seasoned pepper

- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 3 Tablespoons salted butter
- 1 large beefsteak tomato cut into 6 slices
- 12 leaves butter lettuce
- 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons ketchup
- 6 slices white cheddar cheese
- 6 brioche buns
- 2 half-sour pickles, quartered lengthwise
Rolo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie

- Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter; softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans, optional
- 50 Rolos; frozen at least 2 hours

- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 2 (3.4-ounce) packages lemon instant pudding mix
- 2 2/3 cups milk

- 8 ozs cheddar cheese (sliced or shredded)
Easy Chocolate Ice Cream

MY NOTES: Prepare ice cream as directed in step one
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee or espresso powder
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream, cold
Seafood Casserole

Melt butter, add to crumbs, mix scallops, shrimps and crab meat with undiluted soup
- 2 cups Ritz crackers (crumbled)
- 1/2 to 3/4 stick butter
- 2 lbs. scallops
- 1 lb. shrimp cooked and deveined
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
