For the sloppy joes: Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat

  • 12 soft hamburger rolls
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs, such as dill, chives and parsley leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or cider vinegar
  • 1 large clove garlic, grated

  • 1/4 C. dried breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 C. grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 C. mozzarella cheese (I use the mozzarella made with 2% milk)
