- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

- Topping:
- 1/2 sugar
- 1/3 cup flour flour
- 1/4 cup cold butter cut into cubes

Summer Potato Salad

- 3 lbs baby red potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian dressing
- (10 oz) tub Philadelphia reduced fat Italian Cheese & Herb Cooking Cream
- 1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Spinach Salt with Poppy Seed Dressing

Make dressing by whisking together Miracle Whip, vinegar, sugar and poppy seeds; set aside
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 (10 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

- 26 -30 ounces of shredded hash browns
- 2 cups of shredded cheese (colby or sharp)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup of minced onions or 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt or 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Banana Pound Cake with Banana Glaze (2 loaf pans)

POUNDCAKE: Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. banana extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda

- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 cups diced turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- Leftover gravy or combined with chicken broth
