- 1 cup water, or more depending on dryness of mixture
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups (uncooked) elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
