Toasted Coconut Orange Black and White Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 2 T orange zest
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 c butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 c toasted coconut
- 6 oz. chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degree. Mix flour, zest, salt. Beat butter and sugar for 2 minutes. Add egg and vanilla. Decrease speed and add flour and coconut. Roll into log and refridgerate. Cut into 1/2" slices. Bake 15-18 minutes. Cool. Dip 1/2 cookie into melted chocolate.
