- 2 pounds Beef Stew Meat - Cut into 1" cubes
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Beef Broth
- 1/2 Onion (Chopped)
- 3 Potatoes (Peeled & Cubed)
- 4 Carrots (Sliced)
- 1 Stalk Celery (Chopped)

- 1 * 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sifted cake flour
- 2/3 * 2/3 cup sugar

- 1/2 * 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 2 * 2 egg yolks
- 1 * 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 * 2 egg whites
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

- * Ganache, recipe follows
- 2 * 2 cups whole, 2 percent fat, or 1 percent fat milk
- 1/2 * 1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise, seeds scraped out
- 6 * 6 egg yolks

- 1 * 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- Ganache:
- 8 * 8 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1 * 1 cup heavy cream, boiling
