Roast Turkey Breast with Smoked Sea Salt and Brown Sugar Rub

Instructions Set oven rack in the lower third of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F
- 6 1/2-7 pound whole turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoked coarse sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

Creamy Chicken and Sundried Tomato Pasta

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and start cooking the pasta as directed on the package
- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 tablespoon oil (I use the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes)
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- red pepper flakes to taste
- 4 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy/whipping cream
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup basil, julienned

- 1 small head or 1/2 of a large head of broccoli

- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups half and half

- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- pinch of ground black pepper
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups gruyere cheese, shredded
- 1 lb dried elbow pasta

- 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 lb uncooked lobster meat, chopped (see notes)

Fried Olives with Aioli

Make the aioli: Set a medium bowl on a kitchen towel (this will prevent the bowl from moving as you whisk)
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2/3 cup Grapeseed oil (or a blend of canola and mild olive oil)
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 1 Egg, beaten well
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 30 Anchovy‐stuffed Manzanilla olives (one 350g can, drained)

- 2 ears grilled corn, kernels removed from the cob
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red pepper, chopped

- 1 peach, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas or one 14-ounce can rinsed + drained
- 1/2 cup mixed toasted pumpkin seeds, pecans, walnuts, and pistachios
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
