Baklava Ice Cream - walnuts

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
- for the cinnamon ice cream:
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cinnamon sticks, broken in half
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup sugar
- for the honey-walnut-crunch swirl:
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 4 sheets of fillo dough
- 6 tbl melted butter, divided use
- 2 tbl brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup honey
Nutella Mug Cake

Combine all ingredients in a large coffee mug
- 4 tablespoons self rising flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons Nutella
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
QUICHE FLORENTINE

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Pastry for one 9 inch crust pie
- 12 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, squeezed dry
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. light cream
- 1/2 tsp. each of celery salt and thyme
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 can chopped pimentos

Easy Buffalo Chicken Stromboli

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 package (9 oz) frozen cooked chicken strips (about 2 cups), thawed, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (3 oz)
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (1 oz)
- 1 medium green or red bell pepper, cut into thin bite
- size strips (or use strips of both colors)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- Blue cheese dressing
Cheesy Spaghetti Squash

PIERCE squash several times with fork or sharp knife to allow steam to escape
- 1 large spaghetti squash (3 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 plum tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Wonderful oriental side-dish
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 -2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cups shredded cabbage (or Chinese cabbage)
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta
- 2 -4 tablespoons soy sauce (to taste)
- 4 ounces sliced cooked chicken breasts
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
Chicken with Chipotle Alfredo Sauce

Cook and drain pasta as directed on package
- 2 cups uncooked penne pasta (6 oz)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce, finely chopped
- 1 jar (16 oz) Alfredo pasta sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
DESSERT LASAGNA

Over a double boiler combine coffee, cream, chocolate, and vanilla
- 20 sheets of Fillo Dough (9” x 14”), thawed
- 6 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 16 ounces of dark chocolate
- 8 ounces milk chocolate
- 8 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons of coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package of mini marshmallows
