tuna tartare in sesame ginger sauce

Instructions Make your sauce by adding all ingredients into a bowl, and mix together
- Sauce:
- 300 grams of sushi grade Tuna
- 1 avocado, chopped into small pieces
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- cilantro, chopped (as much as you like)
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- salt
- pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. grated ginger
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 . tbsp. honey

Instructions Note: If you want to make this in bulk, this portion is equal to 2 Tbs when mixed together
- 1 Tbs Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano

- 1/4 tsp Ground Sea Salt
