Brownie Cupcakes

Combine chocolate and butter in a heavy saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted
- 4 1-oz squares semisweet chocolate
- 1 cup butter
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp butter flavoring
- 1 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Red Wine Marinade

- 3 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbs. minced garlic
