  • 5 - 6 lb. boneless chuck roast
  • 3 Tbs. garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 pkg. crab boil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 Tbs. Liquid Smoke
  • 2 cups ketchup



Step 1

Boil boneless chuck roast in crab boil until meat falls apart. Let cool at room temperature and separate meat by pulling apart into small pieces.

On low heat, melt butter, saute minced garlic and then add all other ingredients. Mix well and cook for about 10 minutes. Add meat to these ingredients and cook for 10 minutes longer. Serve on buns.
