Dip: Crab and Artichoke Dip

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesean, garlic and dill; mix well
- Garnish:
- 1 can Crown Prince Crab Meat, drained
- 2 small jars artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup parmesean cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 pinches dill weed
- paprika
- chopped parsley, garnish
- wedge of lemon
- 1 green onion, sliced, optional garnish

Sweet paprika may be substituted for smoked paprika
- Pork:
- 1 cup plus 2 teaspoons table salt
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
- 1 boneless pork butt (about 5 pounds), cut in half horizontally (see step by step below)
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
