Krista's Chicken Milano

1. Sauce: In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter; add garlic and cook for 30 seconds
- 1 tablespoon butter (subjective, of course)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- (I usually just make 3-4 breasts and slice them into strips,
- it depends on who you’re feeding)
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- shredded cheese, to taste (I use mozzarella or parmesan)
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 ounces dry fettuccini pasta (right, or more J)

Boil and dice chicken and place about half in layer in a large baking dish
- 4 large chicken breasts, boiled and diced
- 6 or 8 corn tortillas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- chopped onion
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste

Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Grease 3 baking sheets
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups rolled or quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup raisins

- Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz.) package 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened and cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1 (4-oz.) package crumbled blue cheese
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. milk (optional)
