1. Sauce: In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter; add garlic and cook for 30 seconds

  • 1 tablespoon butter (subjective, of course)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • (I usually just make 3-4 breasts and slice them into strips,
  • it depends on who you’re feeding)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • shredded cheese, to taste (I use mozzarella or parmesan)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces dry fettuccini pasta (right, or more J)
