Momoo's Cornbread dressing

Prepare cornbread, let cool
- 6 cups crumbled corn bread
- 2 cups crumbled day old bread
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 cups onions (regular and green)
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 tbs salt
- 1/8 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs beaten
- 2 cups turkey drippings (or can add chicken stock to make 2 cups)
Chicken Wing Dip

Mix cream cheese with hot sauce until smooth (wire whisk works great)
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup French's Red Hot Sauce or something similar (not Tobasco)
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- 2 cups cooked finely chopped or shredded chicken
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Green Beans and Feta with Dill

Cook beans in boiling water 7 minutes or until tender-crisp
- 2 lbs fresh green beans (I have used frozen ones)
- 1/2 cup Kraft zesty italian dressing
- 1/4 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
McWilliams Potato Casserole

Cook potatoes in salted water, drain And mash, leaving a little lumpy
- 6 red potatoes peeled
- ½ c butter
- 1 c sour cream
- ¾ c green onion tops
- 1 ½ c shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ c velvetta cheese
- Crisp bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
perfectly grilled steaks

About 20 minutes before grilling, remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let sit, covered, at room temperature
- 4 1 1/4-to-1 1/2-inch-thick boneless rib-eye or New York strip steaks (about 12 ounces each) or filets mignons (8 to 10 ounces each), trimmed
- 2 tablespoons canola or extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Slow Cooked Apple Sauce

Pour water into a slow cooker
- 1/2 cup water
- 8-10 granny smith apples, cored, peeled and cubed
- 1-2 tbs lemon juice
- 1-2 tbs dark brown sugar packed.
London Broil with Herb Butter

Prepare the steak: Dissolve the bouillon cube in 3/4 cup hot water in a bowl; set aside to cool
- For the steak:
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 top round London broil steak (about 2 pounds)
- For the herb butter:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chervil or tarragon
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Momoo's Cheese Wafers

Set out cheese to come to room temperature then mix with softened butter in mixer
- 2 sticks butter softened
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Chicken Spaghetti

Boil hen and remove and debone
- 1 hen
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 can whole or diced tomatoes
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 samll jar chopped pimetoes
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- garlic, salt, pepper, italian seasoning to taste
- 7 oz pkg thin spaghetti
- 1 lb velvetta cheese grated
Smoked Chicken with Red Pepper Sauce

Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until crisp
- 2 bacon slices
- 4 (4-ounce) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 drained canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce, diced
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 (7-ounce) bottle roasted red bell peppers, drained and sliced
- Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
