Seasoned Baby Octopus Chuka IIdako) Recipe

Directions: 1. Combine all of the ingredients
- 2 lb s baby octopus (cleaned)
- 1 cup teriyaki marinade (I use Mr.Yoshidas)
- 2 tablespoons black bean paste
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame oil (black)
- 2 green onions (Chopped)
- 1 tablespoon chili-garlic sauce
- 15 drops red food coloring (optional)
Pizza Dough

Combine the bread flour, sugar, yeast and kosher salt in the bowl of a stand mixer and combine
- 3 1/2 to 4 cups bread flour, plus more for rolling (Chef's Note: Using bread flour will give you a much crisper crust. If you can't find bread flour, you can substitute it with all-purpose flour which will give you a chewier crust.)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 envelope instant dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups water, 110 degrees F
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus 2 teaspoons
Golden Santa Bread

1.You will need a large bowl
- 4 to 4-1/2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 packages (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 2 eggs
- 2 raisins
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 to 3 drops red food coloring
Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Directions: 1 Preheat oven to 400°F
- 2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 4 tablespoons cold butter
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 3/4 cup cold whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Brush on top
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 pinch salt
Orange-Chipotle Skirt Steaks

Instructions Combine Marinade ingredients in small bowl
- 1-1/2 pounds beef skirt steak, cut into 4 to 6-inch pieces
- 2 medium oranges, divided
- 2 cups chopped tomatillos (4 to 5 small to medium)
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 2 to 3 teaspoons minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Juice of 1 medium orange
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons adobo sauce (from chipotle peppers)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Cole Slaw Dressing

Whisk sugar with cider vinegar in a large bowl until sugar has dissolved
- 1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (such as Best Foods®)
- 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Baja fish sandwich with chipotle tartar sauce

- 6 oz. (170 grams) fish fillet per sandwich
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml.) flour per fillet
