- 3 boneless and skinless chicken thighs or breast

- 1 1/2 tablespoons five-spice powder
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 garlic cloves

- 1 head bok choy, cut into 1-inch pieces

- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Cranberry Compote
- 1 bag (12 ounce) fresh cranberries
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
