  • 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and minced
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 anchovy fillets, rinsed and minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Whisk all ingredients together in bowl.
