This sauce is great on burgers and on sandwiches
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or canola oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar or distilled white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (or more to taste)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish, drained well

Mix cream cheese and 3 cups cookie crumbs with spatula until blended

- ⅓ to ½ cup/80 to 120 milliliters milk
- 1 cup/240 milliliters pumpkin purée
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- 5 large ice cubes (about 1 cup)
- 2 to 4 tablespoons bourbon (optional)

- For the dressing:
- 2 scallions, minced (white and light green parts only)
- 1 large ripe avocado, flesh only
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 to 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 to 4 tablespoon water
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- For the salad:
- 1 cup dry quinoa
- 3 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, chard)
