Almost-Famous Peppermint Bark

Line a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with aluminum foil, shiny-side up; smooth out any wrinkles
- 12 ounces good-quality semisweet chocolate, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract
- 1 pound good-quality white chocolate, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
- 3 candy canes or 12 round hard peppermint candies, crushed
Oven Fries with Roasted Garlic

DIY Old Bay Seasoning

- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Hungarian paprika
- 1 1/8 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt, paprika, onion powder, chile powder, cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon each garlic powder, black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon each garlic powder, salt, onion powder, pepper and celery salt
- VARIATION:
