- Frosting:
- 2 cups (10 ounces) all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups (10 1/2 ounces) sugar

- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3 bananas)
