This cheesecake can be colored anyway you want to go with any holiday or just white and top with your favorite frui
- 12 sheets chocolate graham crackers, ground (regular flavored graham crackers are fine to)
- 6 TBS butter, melted
- 4 pkgs (8 oz. each) cream cheese
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 cont. (8 oz) sour cream
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- food coloring
Company Shrimp and Mushroom Pasta

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 2 cups sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 1/2 pounds fresh medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact

A different twist on your traditional pumpkin pie
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup, plus 1 TBS milk, divided
- 1 TBS sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz) cool whip whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 1 Honey maid graham cracker pie crust (6 oz)
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
- 2 pkg (3.4 oz each) Jello-O vanilla flavor instant pudding
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Potato Casserole

Mix together 1 stick of butter, soup, sour cream, and onions
- Topping:
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint of sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 pkg (1 lb 10 oz plus 3 cups) Lamb Weston inland valley, simply shreds frozen potatoes
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 3 TBS butter, melted

- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 6 large ripe bananas
- 4 cups of flour
- 2 tsp soda (add to flour)

Herbed Slow-Cooker Chicken

- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp browning sauce (optional)
- 4 bone-in- chicken breast halves (boneless breasts or chicken tenders work great too)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- 2 eggs, large
- 2 tbsps lemon zest
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 tbsps lemon juice
- 8 tsps lemon zest
- 1 cup icing sugar
