Pumpkin Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line muffin pans with cupcake liners
- For the cake:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
- For the icing:
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups confectioner’s sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 4 Large egg whites
- 1 C Buttermilk
- 1/3 C Vegetable oil

- 1 C Light brown sugar

- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
- For the frosting:
- 1 1/2 C (3 sticks) Unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp Light brown sugar
- 6 C Powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
