Cream Cheese Lemonade Pie

This pie is cool, creamy, tart and full of lemony flavor
- For the Creamy Pie
- 1 5 oz can Evaporated milk
- 1 3.4oz box of instant lemon pudding mix, one small box
- 2 8oz packages of cream cheese
- 3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
- For the Pie Crust
- 2 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup butter, melted
- Or you can use 1 graham cracker crust, 9 inch

I had seen a couple of recipes for Italian soup that I wanted to try, so I took my favorite things from each recipe...
- 1-2 T olive oil
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 T dry Italian seasoning
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 (15 oz) can stewed tomatoes, Italian style
- 1 (15 oz) can Great Northern white beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 (14 oz) cans low sodium beef broth
- 1 t dry oregano
- 1 T dried parsley
- 1 cup cooked rotini (or any kind of pasta)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 (10 oz) package fresh spinach (about 5 cups), chopped (I chopped it into very small pieces)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (I like fresh the best)
