- NOTE: This smoothie is best served immediately***
- 4 C frozen fruit (pineapple, mango, peach and strawberry)
- 1/2 C plain Greek yogurt
- 1 T sugar
- dash salt
- 1 1/2 C milk (I use 1%)

- For the Cookie Crust:
- 2 2 2 cups shortbread or graham cracker crumbs
