Petite Cakes

Perfect for showers, parties, teas, and any day you want to be a little more special! from southernplate
- Following are optional:
- 1 box white cake mix, prepared according to directions
- 1 +1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon clear vanilla or butter flavoring (can use other clear flavoring)
- 1 container vanilla frosting, or icing of your choice (for garnish)
- Wilton #30 tip
- Disposable Icing Bag or Parchment to make an icing bag
Crispy Coconut Chicken

Slices of chicken are breaded with panko bread crumbs and coconut, then baked in the oven
- 2 T olive oil
- 5 chicken breasts (about 2 1/2 pounds)
- 1 egg
- 2 T milk
- 2 C panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 C coconut
- 1/8 t salt
- goes with creamy honey mustard dressing and dip under appetizers
Pumpkin Spice White Chocolate Snickerdoodles

These little cookies are sort of like snickerdoodles pumped up on fall themed steroids
- COOKIES:
- 1 C butter, softened
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 C flour
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 C white chocolate chips
- COATING:
- 4 Tb sugar
- 1 Tb cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Cherry Berry Dessert

- Crust:
- 1 1 1 c. water
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 t. salt
- 1 1 1 c. flour
- 4 4 4 eggs
- Filling:
- 8 8 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1 1 c. sugar
- 1 1 1 t. vanilla
- 2 2 2 c. whipping cream
- 2 2 2 c. mini marshmallows
- Topping:
- Cherry Pie Filling {small can}
- 2-3 2-3 2-3 c. strawberries, sliced or cubed
Hawaiian Pineapple Turkey Burger Recipe with Teriyaki Mango Sauce

Instructions Spicy Mango Mayonnaise Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine
- Spicy Mango Mayonnaise
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- one mango, pureed
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
- 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
- 1 to 2 tablespoons prepared teriyaki sauce
- Hawaiian Pineapple Turkey Burgers
- 4 turkey burgers or 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 hamburger style buns, or your choice bun
- romaine lettuce washed and torn to fit buns
- 4 slices pineapple
- 2-4 tablespoon teriyaki sauce

- 1 (8 oz.) tube crescent rolls (8 crescent rolls are in one tube)
- 12 oz. (1 1/2 blocks) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar (divided use)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Strawberry Spectacular Dessert

It goes together quickly and is delicious and always a winner! from thebetterbaker
- 1 baked angel food cake (large size, you'll need more than one small)
- 1 (8 ozs) box of Cream Cheese
- 1 (14 ozs) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 (12 ozs) Large container Cool Whip
- 2 (10 ozs) containers frozen (sweetened) strawberries in their juice, thawed.
- Enough fresh strawberries to decorate the top
