Christmas Tree Brownies

I have an addiction to the Cosmic Brownie Christmas Trees
- 1 (15 oz.) box brownies (I used Betty Crocker).
- Ingredients necessary to make brownies.
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1 tablespoon butter (at room temperature).
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 4 drops green food coloring
- Sprinkles for garnish
Caramel Apple Milky Way Cheesecake Bars

Cookie cheesecake bars loaded with Milky Way candies and topped with caramel and chocolate
- For the Cookie Layer
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 c. chopped Milky Way candy bars (I used the Caramel Apple)
- For the Cheesecake Layer
- 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- For the Topping
- 4 oz. caramel candies (about 14 squares)
- 4 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp. shortening
Heavenly Strawberry Cake Roll

While making a cake roll may seem challenging, I urge you to give this one a try
- 1/2 box angel food cake mix (1 cup + 2 tablespoons dry mix of a 16 oz. dry mix like Betty Crocker or Duncan Hines)
- 1 large egg white
- 1 1/2 cups light whipped topping, thawed
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free or reduced sugar strawberry preserves
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
- 4 teaspoons powdered sugar, divided
Easy Fruit Pizza

This Easy Fruit Pizza uses crescent dough instead of a sugar cookie base and mascarpone cheese
- 1 crescent seamless dough sheet (can also use regular crescent dough, just press the seams together)
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened or 1 (8oz) container mascarpone cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Assorted fruit of choice
- Powdered sugar for dusting, optional
