- 2tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Graham Wafer Pie

. Mix the first 5 ingredients together and put 3/4 of it in a pie plate and press firmly
- Filling:
- 16 graham wafers
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Pineapple Squares

Make crumb crust with graham crumbs and melted butter
- 2 1/2 cups graham crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup creamed butter
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1/2 pint whipped cream

- 3/4 cups corn flake crumbs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs ( seperated)
- 1 -15 oz can condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp lemon peel
- 3 tbsp sugar

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup melted margarine
- 1/2 cup milk w/ 2 tsp soda

- 4 cups flour (maybe extra)

1. Preheat oven to 350. 2
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- shake of pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup gratede cheese
- 4 tbsp margarine
- 4 egg yolks ( beaten)
- 4 egg whites ( beaten stiff )
Chocolate Balls

1. Mix up all four ingredients and roll into balls ( about 1 tbsp per ball ) Place in the frig to harden
- 1/4 cup of margarine
- 2 cups of icing sugar
- 3 cups of fine coconut ( 2 -- 200g bags )
- 1/4 cup milk.
