PW's Prime Rib with Rosemary Salt Crust

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F
- 1 whole boneless rib eye (12 to 15 pounds)

- 1/4 cup tri-color peppercorns
- 5 sprigs fresh thyme
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup kosher salt
- 1/2 cup minced garlic

- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green bell peppers, seeded and diced
- 2 orange bell peppers, seeded and diced

I made this for my daughter and she fell in love with it, not it is a staple in our house
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into large bite size chunks
- 1 large yellow onion large dice
- 2 yellow squash cut in to bite sized rounds
- 2 zucchini cut into bite sized rounds
- 1 small eggplant or 2 Chinese eggplants large diced
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 1 large can diced tomatoes
- 1 small tomato paste
- EVOO
- S & P
- 1 sprig rosemary, 5 sprigs thyme and 2 sprigs sage tied.
- 1 t Italian seasoning
- 1 Lb Bow Tie Pasta

1 Warm the milk in a small sauce pan on the stove until it just starts to bubble, stirring occasionally
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup warm water (must be between 110-115 degrees)
- 2 (1/4 ounce) packages active dry yeast
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup raisins
- 8 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (approx.)
LEMON GARLIC BUTTER STEAK AND BROCCOLI SKILLET

1. Combine the ingredients for the marinade (soy sauce, olive oil and hot sauce) in a shallow plate or bowl
- The steak marinade:
- 1 1/2 lb (650g) sirloin steak, sliced against the grain
- 2 broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter or ghee
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup (60ml) low-sodium beef broth
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley + or garnish
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional
- Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
- Fresh thyme, for garnish
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce (or coconut amino if you’re strictly paleo)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (or any hot chili sauce you like)

- 2 8 oz cans crescent rools
- 2 granny smith apples, peeled, cored and cut into 8 slices each
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 1/2 C sugar

Braised Ginger Chicken

1. Peel Ginger and place in pan with water and bring to a boil; then simmer covered 45 minutes
- 1/8 Lb fresh ginger root
- 1 1/2 C water
- 4 to 6 dried black mushrooms
- 1 spring chicken
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 scallion
- 1/2 C sherry
- 3 T peanut oil
- 2 1/2 T soy sauce
- 1 t sugar
- 2 C water
