Preheat oven 2 425 degrees F
- 1/3 large chicken breasts
- Salt & pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic power divided
- /4 tsp paprika
- 1 cup broccoli florets chopped
- 1/2 C red bell pepper, diced
- 1 C mild cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 2 tbsp olive oil

This flavorful recipe is without
- 1-3 Large chicken breasts
- salt & pepper
- 11/2 tsp. garlic powder, divided
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1/2 C red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 C mild cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. mayo
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Dry rub

Mix all ingredients together and rub on meat (chicken, beef, or pork)
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion Powder
- 1 2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayane pepper
- Any other flavors to taste!

Found this recipe online and then combined it with another recipe to jujjj it up a bit for more flavor
- 2-3 large chicken breasts
- salt & pepper

- 1/2 cup finely diced red, yellow or orange bell pepper
- 1 cup mild cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 C all purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 C milk
Scalloped Potatoes

Love, love, love this dish!
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 lbs (about 4 medium sized) potatoes, peeled (or not), sliced 1/8" thick
- 1 large yellow or white onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives (optional)
- 2 1/2 cups grated Gruyere cheese (approx. 8 oz)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 1/2 cups to 3 cups of half-n-half
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mac & Cheese with Tomato

This is totally comfort food for me as my Mother used to make it when I was a child
- 1 1/2 C macaroni
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 14- ounce can stewed tomatoes with juice chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or I use Velvetta)
- 3/4 C Panko bread crumbs (optional)
Mango Compote Turnover

This was my first try at making this dessert and it was simply and tasty
- 4 cups fresh mango, chopped small and divided (or I have also used peaches)
- 1 cup of sugar (or substitute with blue agave syrup)
- 2 sheets (17 oz. total) frozen puff pastry, thawed according to package
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 beaten egg with 2 Tbsp water
