- 1/2 a medium, very-ripe banana (80g)
- 4 T Artisana coconut butter or Homemade Coconut Butter
- 2 T (or more!) cocoa powder (10g)
- scant 1/16 tsp salt
- optional: feel free to sweeten, if needed

- Putting It All Together

- 2 cups Shredded Chicken Master Recipe (see recipe below)
- 1/2 cup bottled barbecue sauce
- 1 4-oz. can diced green chili peppers, drained
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 4 8-inch flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese or Mexican-blend cheese (4 ounces)
- 1 cup bottled salsa
- 1/4 cup dairy sour cream
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion (2)
- 4-1/2 to 5 pounds chicken thighs, skinned
- an 8-inch square from a double thickness of 100 percent cotton cheesecloth
- 4 thyme sprigs
- 4 parsley stems
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, halved
- 1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
- 100 percent cotton kitchen string

Spiced Rum Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F
- Rum Glaze:
- 1 package 2-layer-size spice cake mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 1/4 cup dairy sour cream
- 1/4 cup rum
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon rum
Summer Sangria

- 1/2 cup orange liquer
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 2 bottles (750 ml) dry white wine
