Irish Cream Bundt Cake

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
Cranberry-Bourbon Relish

1. In a small noncorrodible saucepan, combine the bourbon, shallots and orange zest
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup minced shallots
- Grated zest of 1 orange
- 1 package (12 ounces) fresh cranberries, rinsed and picked over
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
No-Knead Bread

- 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 16 spears fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 16 slices prosciutto

Soak the dried chile in boiling water for 20-30 minutes or until softened; drain well
- 1 dried pasilla chile (chile negro)
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 cup HERDEZ® Salsa Verde
- 1 pound Always Tender® pork tenderloins, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 teaspoons dried Mexican oregano
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin

- Shortening or cooking spray
- 1 1/4 cups Original Bisquick mix
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
- 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1 egg
- 2 medium green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 large sweet onion
- 2 cups kale, cleaned and chopped
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups reduced fat mozzarella
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
